Welcome to Kevin Roman. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kevinroman.com (“the Site”), our services, products, and all interactions with us—including virtual and full-service interior design, account creation, purchases, and communication.

By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

We offer interior design services—both in-person and virtual—curated products, and editorial content. Availability of services and products may vary by location and over time.

2. Client Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the account or services.

3. Payments & Purchases

All purchases made through the Site are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. For third-party products, their terms of sale and return policies apply.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

Please note: All sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

4. Third-Party Sales

Some furnishings or products available through the Site are sold via third-party partners. These partners may have their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for their policies, availability, or customer service.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate information about the items we sell or reference, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free or current.

6. Client Portal & Digital Deliverables

Clients are granted access to a secure online portal to view and download their personalized design plans, floor plans, and curated furniture selections. These digital materials are provided for your personal use in connection with your project and may not be shared, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent. All underlying design concepts and documents remain the intellectual property of Kevin Roman; you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for your project.

7. Communications

By contacting us or creating an account, you agree to receive communications from us, including emails or messages related to your services or purchases. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

8. User Conduct

The Site and its contents are intended for users seeking information about our services and products. Any unauthorized use, including scraping, copying, or reselling, is prohibited.

You agree not to misuse our Site, services, or content. You may not:

Post or transmit harmful or illegal content
Infringe on the rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site

9. Content & Intellectual Property

10. Full-Service Client Design Agreement

For full-service interior design clients, a separate Design Agreement will be provided and must be executed before services commence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and the Design Agreement, the terms of the signed Design Agreement will prevail and govern the client relationship.

11. Limitation of Liability

This Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kevin Roman is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Site, including but not limited to service interruptions, inaccuracies, or external links.

12. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
